The promise we make to our customers is that RESCO will enable them to design, build, and deliver their products faster at a lower total cost by eliminating supply chain disruptions. When it comes to the products that we build or modify we deliver on this promise through a series of procedures controlled under the RESCO Quality Management System (the “RQMS”).
All assemblies are built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001 standards. During the manufacturing process pull tests and crimp height measurements are standard practice. Final testing procedures are based on your requirements and will likely include continuity testing on one of our computer controlled test sets. The final inspection process is controlled by and reports to RESCO’s Quality Manager. This process is driven by an assembly specific inspection check list, a copy of which can provided, at your request, for each production lot.
Ultimately, the test and inspection procedure is driven by our experience and your requirements. We take our commitment to deliver it right, on-time, the first time quite seriously. You will find that this commitment drives all of our assembly, test, and inspection procedures.
