June 2020: RESCO announced that it has acquired the operations of Convenience Electronics, Inc. “CEI”.  CEI is one of the premier manufacturers of custom cables, harnesses, and electronic assemblies in the Midwest.  Based in Madison, Wisconsin, CEI has built a reputation for quality products and timely deliveries to its customers.  Through this acquisition CEI will gain access to RESCO’s substantial resources while RESCO will welcome many new customers, expand its capabilities, and obtain production capacity at CEI’s Wisconsin facility.

June 2018: RESCO Electronics successfully completed ISO 9001:2015 certification.


October 2015: RESCO has completed the integration of its J-Rad Technical Services subsidiary and has officially changed the name of this subsidiary to RESCO Electronics, LLC. The completion of the integration means that all RESCO facilities now operate under the RESCO name and on RESCO’s Visual computer system.


May 2015: RESCO announced the acquisition of J-Rad Technical Services. J-Rad is a three decade old wire harness manufacturer based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. With the acquisition of J-Rad, RESCO welcomes many new customers to the RESCO family and has substantially expanded its presence in the Southeast. RESCO has also gained new production capacity and capabilities at the Spartanburg facility.


January 2014: RESCO Electronics is proud to announce that two large multi-national medical equipment manufacturers have separately approved Cables de Calidad, RESCO's wholly owned Mexican subsidiary, as a manufacturer of certain sub-assemblies used in their medical diagnostic equipment.


May 2013: RESCO Electronics announces that the RQMS quality system has been successfully installed at Cables de Calidad, RESCO's wholly owned Mexican subsidiary, and that the facility has been certified to ISO 9001:2008 standard.


January 2012: RESCO Electronics announced the formation of Cables de  Calidad, a wholly owned manufacturing subsidiary located in Acuña,  Mexico. Along with RESCO's Baltimore, Maryland facility, RESCO has a  unique ability to deliver quick turn, high quality assemblies at  world-class costs to its customers.


October 2011: RESCO Electronics announced that it has successfully  converted all its operations to the Visual ERP system. This  state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution software system will  allow RESCO unparalleled control and tracking of all aspects of its  operations.


December 2010: The RESCO Electronics quality management system (the RQMSTM) has been recertified by Smithers Quality Assessments to be in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.


December 2009: RESCO Electronics launches its new customer-focused web site, www.rescoelectronics.com.  The site’s ease of navigation and depth of information make it an  excellent resource for both current and prospective RESCO customers.


October 2009: RESCO Electronics announces that the integration of  Sherman Assembly Systems is largely complete and that Sherman has  assumed the RESCO Electronics name.


November 2008: RESCO Electronics announces its acquisition of Sherman Assembly Systems of San Antonio, TX. Sherman is one of the premier manufacturers of cable harnesses and electromechanical assemblies in the Southwestern United States.


January 2008: RESCO Electronics initiated a new team-based sales and support structure to best uphold its commitment to "Enable its customers to design, build, and deliver their products faster at a lower total cost by eliminating supply chain disruptions."


November 2007: RESCO Electronics successfully completed ISO 9001:2000 recertification.
